The world we live in is becoming less and less familiar each day. We live in NEOtopy — a world of increasing NEO-uncertainty, where direct continuity between past and future seems broken. It is a world of approaching UNLIMITED possibilities and NEO-logisms, which prepare consciousness for expansion and a leap into the INFINITE future.
Founded in 2004 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Open Creative Community of Global Vision Circle has been a pioneer in immersive arts, fulfilling its mission to:

🤝 UNITE individual dreams and visions into a bigger picture, surpassing everything previously thought possible;
🎨 CREATE new forms of spontaneous collective art = life.
The rapidly evolving technologies of the 21st century physically separate people from each other and from the natural environment. The modern Homo Sapiens is increasingly atomized, confused, and disconnected from the Whole — wandering lonely in the labyrinths of their illusions, with shrinking notions of self, which are ultimately futile.
—but there is a way out! It lies in changing direction—from searching outward to seeking inside, into the depths of what is hidden within us. From there, the path leads to others and to the stars. A CHANGE OF DIRECTION.
Awakening all the senses, sharpening sensitivity, expanding expressive capabilities through creativity, and turning art into a primary means of communication in the “outer” world will inevitably transform it.
Because the outer world is our reflection, and our cities are just expressions of our consciousness. Change in this consciousness will manifest inevitably in architecture, design, food, fashion, art, and our understanding of time.
The seed of change has already been sown through innovative ideas, soft technologies, and practices of communication and co-creation. It is time to rediscover the connection between the intimate and the cosmic, and to return human touch, heartfelt communication with others, with nature, and with the entire living cosmos.
A herald of the world as we have yet to know it, Global Vision Circle consciously expands what is thinkable and imaginable by inventing and weaving new ideas, concepts, and forms directly into the fabric of reality. These forms, destined for large-scale development over time, outline the contours of a new, more delicate and profound world — more aware of its relationship with nature and more creative.
Every civilization needs challenges and horizons. Turning life into art and art into life is our next horizon.
This first-of-its-kind festival is NEOVATIKA in action, aiming to showcase some of the innovative concepts and practices developed by Global Vision Circle so far.
