If we imagine a world where the development of human creative potential is a core value, then the Sensory Theatre is the art of the future—an art capable of bringing about such a world!

This is true for several reasons. The Sensory Theatre:

• Brings together elements from all other arts;
• Utilizes and activates all the senses;
• Can take place literally anywhere;
• Engages the audience in creative participation;
• Blurs the boundaries between artists and non-artists, allowing the latter to become part of the artistic team.

For those of you who have yet to encounter “Sensory Theatre Sofia,” as well as for those who have and wish to learn more about the methods, values, and visions of this art of the future, we have prepared a series of public lectures-meetings to share the history, practices, and developmental horizons both worldwide and locally.

Over the past three years, from the synergy between OKI Krasno Selo and “Sensory Theatre Sofia,” some of the most innovative, large-scale, and impactful projects of the troupe have emerged— the sensory performances META PERSONAL and WHITE PAGE, which continue to unfold and draw in new audiences into the unusual world of sensory theatre and immersive art. This process has involved dozens of artists, set designers, psychologists, and cultural workers, as well as nearly 1,000 audience members.

📅 June 24 – “WHITE PAGE” – Presentation of sensory theatre as a tool for social and therapeutic work
📅 October 31 – Musical practice “Live Trance Circle” – Creative laboratory (workshop) for self-expression through music and sound

• All lectures begin at 18:30 and last between 60 and 90 minutes.

SPEAKERS: Mihail Dimov and Zlatina Toleva – long-time creative tandem, founders of the “Global Vision Circle” association and the “Sensory Theatre Sofia” troupe, interdisciplinary artists and visionaries. Creators of: “Sensory Urban Journeys,” “Institute for the Study of Silence,” “Agency for Magical Experiences,” “Center for New Urban Utopias.”
